SPUNK Lube Return Policy

At SPUNK Lube, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

We accept returns only for items that are:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are new, unopened, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending your return so we can assist with the process.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the issue to help resolve the problem quickly. In these cases we will offer either:

• A replacement, or

• A refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened

• Products that have been used

• Products that are not in original packaging
